🥷 What You’ll Experience
1. Meet Your Guide, Then Head Up… / Meet your guide from NINJA GO TOURS at the 1F entrance

Meet your NINJA guide at the 1F entrance of the Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center — easy to find, right across from Kaminarimon Gate. Together, you'll head up to the open-air observation terrace on the 8th floor for a stunning first look at your entire route: the golden glow of Senso-ji Temple on one side, and the glittering Tokyo Skytree on the other. It's the perfect way to get your bearings — and your first great photo — before the adventure begins.
2. Beneath the Giant Lantern, Into the Ghost Street

Descend into the heart of Asakusa and stand beneath the massive red lantern of Kaminarimon, Tokyo's most iconic gate. By night, with the daytime crowds gone, you'll get a rare, unobstructed shot of this legendary landmark. From there, step onto Nakamise-dori — by this hour, the souvenir shops have pulled down their shutters, transforming the 250-meter street into a quiet open-air gallery of hand-painted Edo-period artwork, seen by almost no daytime visitor.
3. Photos & Fortunes at a 1,400-Year-Old Temple

Arrive at Senso-ji's Main Hall and Five-Story Pagoda, dramatically lit against the night sky — one of the most breathtaking sights in Tokyo. Your guide will help you find the best angle for your photo (if it's rained recently, ask about the secret "mirror shot"). Then, try drawing an Omikuji fortune slip, a beloved Japanese tradition, and learn what to do if you draw bad luck.
4. A Shrine, a Legend, and One Last Perfect Shot

Just steps away, discover Asakusa Shrine, dedicated by the Tokugawa shoguns themselves. Your guide will explain the surprising difference between a "shrine" and a "temple" — a mystery that puzzles most first-time visitors to Japan — and show you how to properly pass through a torii gate. Your journey ends on Dempoin-dori, a narrow lane of wooden facades and paper lanterns that feels frozen in the Edo period, for one last unforgettable photo before you head off to dinner.
